While I consider myself handy, I couldn't get the new hose assembly to work, The first time, the water pressure was about half of what it was. The second time, there was no water at all coming out. Same for the third time. Finally, I dcided to buy anew unit, but no a Hydrofloss. Sorry.

Your product is just what we needed to prolong the life of our Hydrofloss electric flosser.  Maybe now we'll get another couple of years of use out of it before we have to replace the entire unit.

After many years, the hose on my Hydro Floss developed a couple of leaks. The part came quickly. Ifd I had watched the video on the website first, the job would have gone quicker but the new assembly works well.
