The idea of the 'jet tip' might be good in theory but the extra strain on the pump of the HydroFloss cause my machine to stall and not pump water / stream at all,   I had to quick shut the pump off before it burned the pump up.

Not sure I see the difference between these and the tips that come with the irrigator, but I do have some significant recession and I felt that these would be better.  I haven't tried the tips that come with the irrigator yet.
