The pocket pal tip is comfortable to use and allows me to deliver the AktivOxigen serum deep into my periodontal pockets. How else would I clean them? A must have if you are serious about stopping periodontal disease.

Order arrived quickly (via Express Mail) which was appreciated.  David gave me a lot of useful ideas to help me seek good dental health.  The Pocket Pals seem to work in directing water jet into pockets.  I haven't used them long enough to know if I will get a better report from my dentist.
