The Therabreath line was originally created by a dentist who was focusing on conquering bad breath.  His research led him to the conclusion that anearobic (oxygen shunning) microorganisms that produced VSCs or Volatile Sulfur Compounds were largely responsible for creating bad breath.

Sometimes these little beasties are particularly adept at hiding int he folds of the tongue.  If you have not already been using Therabreath products you may want to start with a Starter Kit.
