I have had great service from ToothyGrins Store.  The plastic insert in my Hydro Floss was lost during  packing and moving to a new home.  I soon realized how it was a necessary working part of the Hydro Floss, which I have owned for over 15 years.  I can't imagine good dental health without it.  

David at Toothy Grins is a pleasure to deal with.

We like our hydro floss oral irrigator so much we even take it on vacation!  We needed to replace the reservoir plastic insert and Dave resolved our problem.  Couldn't have done it without him.  Thanks!

I don't know that I particularly have a review of this, but it did get my Hydrofloss working perfectly again. That is great news for me.  Having David's expertise and all the parts to keep my appliance going is important to me.
